Marcela greeted us warmly. She gave us a thorough orientation to the area. The staff prioritized our comfort and enjoyment.

the breakfast selection was quite extensive. i found the roof terrace to be a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff were very professional .
i noticed some street noise since my room faced a busy road, though it did not greatly impact my overall visit.

the hotel location allowed easy walks to various city areas. the setting still remained peaceful. staff members consistently showed politeness, smiles, and helpfulness. a hot tub and sauna were available for use.
i found that the room cleanliness could be improved. a deep cleaning in the bathroom would be beneficial. streetcar and car traffic created nighttime noise. prices seemed excessive during the holiday period.
